Parent responsibility
LeLoLa provides educational tools, guided lessons, assessments, and family records. Parents or guardians remain responsible for supervising the student and complying with homeschool requirements that apply to their family.
Annual academic record
At launch, annual certification means a partner-issued annual academic or completion record for an eligible student who satisfies the applicable requirements. The approved umbrella-school partner independently controls eligibility, review, and document issuance. LeLoLa does not guarantee accreditation, promotion, legal coverage in every state, acceptance by every receiving school, or a particular grade placement.
Billing
Pricing, taxes, cancellation, grace-period, and refund terms must be shown and accepted before checkout. Final refund and cancellation language remains pending business and legal approval.
