Frequently asked questions

Know what LeLoLa does, what the parent does, and what is still outside the V1 service.

Does AI teach my child live?

No. Student lessons are created, reviewed, approved, and stored before use. The family app does not generate academic content during class.

Does my child need an account?

No. In V1 the parent signs in and selects the student profile.

What language are lessons in?

Academic instruction is in American English. Parent guidance is available in English and Spanish.

What device should we use?

A computer or tablet in landscape orientation provides the best lesson experience. A phone in landscape remains a fallback.

Does LeLoLa replace the parent?

No. The parent or guardian remains the daily tutor and is responsible for supervision and applicable homeschool requirements.

What does “annual certification included” mean?

At launch, eligible students who complete the academic-year requirements receive a verified annual completion record issued by an approved umbrella-school partner. LeLoLa prepares the attendance, grades, assessments, and completion evidence for the partner’s independent review.

Is LeLoLa an accredited or umbrella school?

No. LeLoLa provides the curriculum, lesson-delivery platform, and academic records. An approved umbrella-school partner independently reviews eligibility and issues the annual academic record.

Is certification automatic or accepted everywhere?

No. Students must meet the partner’s requirements, and the partner controls document issuance. Homeschool compliance, record acceptance, and grade placement depend on the family’s state and the receiving school.

Can I enroll more than two students?

V1 supports a maximum of two active students per subscription. A larger-family policy will be decided later.
