Information the service expects to process
Parent account details, student profile information supplied by a parent, lesson progress, attendance, assessment attempts, grades, billing state, and support communications.
Children's information
V1 uses parent-managed accounts. Children do not create separate accounts. Parents must provide consent and supervise use. Final COPPA, student-record, retention, deletion, and state privacy language requires qualified legal review before launch.
Payments
Payment details are handled through Stripe. LeLoLa stores billing identifiers and status needed to manage access, not raw card details.
